Our fundraising team pulled off yet another successful day on Saturday 12 November in the Reading Rooms, Billericay, taking a grand total of £692.13. We would like to extend a big thank you to all who supported this event and look forward to seeing you again in April 2012, at the Spring Fayre.

The PAVIS annual Spring Fayre took place in the Reading Rooms, Billericay on Saturday 23 April and raised a tremendous £597.
We would like to thank all those who came along and supported the event - our best ever. Thanks must also goto everyone that helped on the day and to all those who donated items for the stalls and the raffle.
Our next major event will be held at the same venue on 12 November but please look out for us at other events such as the Ghyllgrove Nursing Home Boot Sale on Sunday 15 May and at the annual Feast and Fayre, Horndon on the Hill on Sunday 26 June.

PAVIS has won an award from Essex County Council, for the partnership work it undertakes with Essex Vision. Essex Vision is a strategic partnership of local sight loss charities in Essex and aims to develop a Vision Strategy throughout the county. The Vision Strategy is a plan that combines health care, social care and support agencies, to help prevent avoidable sight loss and improve services for people with sight loss.
