supporting sight loss
PAVIS Foundation for Visually Impaired People is a registered charity (no. 1074567) based in Basildon. It was set up in 1998 to promote the welfare of people with sight loss and assist them in becoming and maintaining independence and quality of life.
Through empowerment, PAVIS helps people gain in confidence and self esteem whilst also combating feelings of isolation, frustration and grieving arising from sight loss.
Over the years PAVIS has tried to respond to the needs of visually impaired people. We aim to provide services to meet the needs of those we work with as they arise.
