Visiting Scheme

Newly registered Visually Impaired People (VIPs) can receive a visit in their own homes from our specially trained team. Two members, one visually impaired the other sighted, will answer questions and give advice on ideas and accessories for everyday living with sight loss. They will talk about relevant local facilities and point the way to other specialist services. VIPs who are unable to visit the centre can request further visits.
